1. Subject<\/h4>

North Luzon Tours \/ Philippinen Touren does not consider itself as a tour operator, but as a rental company of a passenger motor vehicle, together with a driver who is familiar with the area, knows how to drive and speaks german and english. In the following, North Luzon Tours \/ Philippinen Touren refers to itself as a rental company.<\/p>

2. Destinations \/Tour itinerary<\/h4>

Destinations on the homepage of North-Luzon-Tours \/ Philippines Tours are only suggestions.
The customer can decide at any time which destination(s) he\/she wants to visit.
However, the rental company expressly reserves the right to cancel or refuse the journey to a freely chosen destination. Reasons for this can be, among others:<\/p>

The destination cannot be approached or can only be approached with difficulty (road condition, landslides).
There is danger to life and limb
Undisciplined behavior of a participant (see point 9<\/a>)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Vehicle<\/h4>

North Luzon Tours provides a comfortable, well-maintained vehicle with air conditioning, which complies with the German \/ Austrian \/ Swiss traffic safety regulations.
The renter has no right to drive the rented vehicle himself\/herself.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Rental price<\/h4>

The price for the tour depends on the destination(s) and the number of participating persons (up to 8 persons are possible). Please indicate these data in your request, and we will inform you about the tour price afterwards.<\/p>

ATTENTION:<\/strong><\/p>

During the peak seasons (Holy week, Christmas, etc.) there are different conditions in the Philippines concerning accommodations. Therefore, tours at this time are not in the usual schedule.
Please ask for tours on these dates in advance!<\/p>

The rental price includes:<\/strong><\/p>

– Passenger car
(SUV similar vehicle for up to 4 pax \/ a van for 5 – 8 pax)
– local, experienced*, german and english speaking driver
* (years of experience in driving light and heavy vehicles)
– fuel costs
– toll costs<\/p>

Not included in the rental price:<\/strong><\/p>

– Accommodation *
– meals *
– entrance fees to museums, natural parks, etc.
– any kind of fees for sightseeing (e.g. guides)<\/p>

5. Shuttle Service<\/h4>

After a long and tiring journey, you don’t want to waste time and nerves looking for a cab and transferring your luggage to a bus after landing. That’s why we also offer a shuttle service from the airport (Manila or Clark) to your accommodation in San Juan, La Union, or any other destination in Central and Northern Luzon.<\/p>

6. Payment<\/h4>

a) Shuttle Service:<\/strong><\/span>
The payment of the shuttle service, according to point 5, must be made on site at the time of the agreed pick-up date.<\/p>

b) Tour:<\/strong><\/span>
When booking a tour via the Internet, a deposit of 30% is required! This deposit must be remitted at least three weeks before the start of the tour, on the account of North Luzon Tours. The balance must be paid on site, on the day of arrival \/ at the time of pickup.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

7. Cancellation:<\/h4>

In case of non-arrival of the customer (for whatever reason), prepaid amounts will be refunded. The notification of non-arrival must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival at the airport or an agreed time of pickup, to North Luzon Tours. Cancellation is considered to be a corresponding e-mail or SMS, as well as a phone call to North Luzon Tour. Notifications of non-arrival, which are not received by the lessor at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival at the airport or an agreed time of pickup, may result in a return of the advance payment only after deduction of any costs already incurred by the lessor.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

8. Liability<\/h4>

We recommend taking out an additional travel insurance before starting the vacation. The renter is aware of the risk that exists when driving on Philippine roads. North Luzon Tours does not assume any liability and there is no right to compensation for pain and suffering or similar in case of an accident, regardless of whether it was caused by others or by the tenant him\/herself. Activities of the tenant during the rental period against the recommendation of North Luzon Tours are solely at the risk of the tenant.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

<\/a>9. Termination of the tour<\/h4>

In case of cancellation of the tour by the renter for whatever reason, the prepaid and unused amounts will be refunded, less any costs incurred by the lessor.<\/p>

North Luzon Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour if the renter violates the laws of the country or behaves inappropriately way. The lessor also refuses to take along persons who are heavily alcoholized or under the influence of intoxicants. Delays caused by such behavior of the tenant, that lead to extraordinary costs, shall be shouldered by the tenant. It is forbidden for the tenant to consume drugs \/ narcotics during the entire rental period!
